WHAT IS THE TOPIC?

The topic of this year’s forum is “Talent Management: For many or a select few?, and among other things, we will be discussing whether or not it is a good idea to include all of the organization’s workforce in talent management programs, or whether it is necessary to focus talent management efforts only on an exclusive group of top employees. This is the question many organizations are struggling with when formulating and implementing their talent strategies, and both our keynotes and panel discussions will look at some of the best practices employed across industries in the attempt to address that question.
